My operating model for the function RevOps is becoming. It runs every quarter in three phases, and version 2.1 of the paper is out now.

Quarterly work is set against strategic goals and Value Stream KPIs. Initiatives, capacity, and OKRs align across functions.
Deliver
Execute incrementally
Work moves through agile sprints with iterative reviews, governed intake, and live program-board visibility.
Adapt
Inspect and improve
Results, risks, and processes are reviewed continuously. Lessons feed the next planning cycle.

Lighthouse Studies
Every piece starts as a photo I took. I write a prompt for the style, train the model on the pieces I keep, and see where it goes. For now I'm in it for the process as much as the results. A book will come eventually.
