How advisory works
Advisory here means a few focused hours on a real, scoped problem in your operating model. It isn't a retainer or coaching, and it isn't a free consultation that turns into a pitch.
You leave with a plan and the diagrams to carry it out. If it's a fit we keep going. If not, there's no invoice for the conversation.
